Meet our Founder & CEO

Catherine Okonkwo

Catherine began her career as a Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspector, where she led inspections across a wide range of services — from NHS hospitals to private clinics. It was during this time that Catherine recognised a gap in the market: providers were struggling not just with compliance, but with finding the right people to lead safe, effective services.

In response, she launched COMI Health, a governance consultancy supporting providers with regulatory improvement and CQC readiness. Building on this, Catherine founded RTT Support to bridge the gap between workforce and compliance — offering healthcare recruitment with a difference.

Today, RTT Support places well-prepared, governance-trained leaders into frontline services, with a core mission: to improve outcomes by getting the right people into the right roles, ready to make a positive impact from day one.
